FAQ
What do the courses involve?
There are two UKROEd online courses available depending on the offence committed. The Your Belt Your Life course relates to the non-wearing of seatbelts and the Safe and Considerate Cycling course relates to cycling offences, you will only need to complete the course relevant to you. Each will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. You will be taken through interactive e-learning screens which will highlight facts and information to help you understand the importance of complying with road traffic law. There is a question and answer section at the end of the course which will gauge your learning. There is a pass mark of 75%, if you fail to achieve this you can retry as many times as needed until you do.
For those without internet access there is a fully offline alternative. Please contact our Client Services team on 0345 880 3001 for more details.
