Terms and Conditions for the NDORS online courses administered by DriveTech, on behalf on UKROEd

Definitions:

  • "Course" - the online course or printed/downloadable Workbook offered in relation to an offence committed
  • "Conditional Offer of Fixed Penalty" - the fixed penalty notice sent to you by the Police.
  • "Completion Deadline Date" - 28 days from the date of the course invitation letter.
  • "we" and "us" means the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS).
  • "you" - the customer who is the subject of the Course Offer
  • UKROEd - Creators of this scheme for Police forces of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
  • DriveTech - Service Provider administering this scheme on behalf of UKROEd.
  • NDORS - National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme operated by UKROEd Ltd on behalf of the UK Police service
  1. Course completion: You must pay for and successfully complete your course by the Completion Deadline date. Failure to pay for and successfully complete your course by the Completion Deadline date will result in the offer of the course being withdrawn. You will have to pay the fine notified on the Fixed Penalty issued to you by the Police.
  2. Payment: We accept payment by most credit and debit cards via our website or our Client Services Team. We cannot accept payment by cheque, cash or by instalments. Payment for your course is non-transferable. The central cost recovery element of the fee is refundable.
  3. Website: In order to access the course, you will be required to enter your Ticket reference Number and PIN into the NDORS offer portal https://offer.ndors.org.uk. If you cannot find your Ticket Reference Number or PIN Number or have difficulty logging onto this website, please contact our Customer Care Team on 0345 880 3001
  4. Collection and use of information: Your personal data will only be used for purposes in relation to the course. For full details of our privacy notice is located here.   5. Access: In order to access the course, you will require a device with a suitable web browser and access to the Internet. The course is compatible with the latest versions of major browsers that include auto-update. If you are unable to complete the course online, you can ask for a printed Workbook by contacting our client services team. We will send the workbook in the post. For you to pass the course, you will need to phone our client services team with your assessment answers
  6. Warranties: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we give no warranties and make no representations of any kind relating to the course including, without limitation, any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.
  7. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law:
    1. we will not in any circumstances (including, without limitation, negligence or breach of statutory duty) be liable for any loss of income, loss of opportunity or entitlement, loss of revenue or savings, or for any consequential damages (whether arising from any Course, from your participation in, or inability to participate in, any Course, or otherwise); and
    2. our liability to you arising out of any and all claims (whether arising from any Course, from your participation in, or inability to participate in, any Course, or otherwise) will not in any circumstances exceed in aggregate the total amount of the sums paid by you to us for the Course to which that liability relates.
